Memories of Christmas?
What are your memories of past ornaments? I remember my grandmother with white deer hanging in the trees. It would save Christmas envelope from year to year and from year to year tinsil for reuse. I also remember my first "real" at Christmas time. I was an employee of a shop selling gold balls that made sounds of birds in the trees. We put the trees in late October and late December, we all wanted to crush the gold ornament balls singing. Were "Pio, Pio, Chirrriiipppp!" all day in a high pitched sound. At the time he arrived he hated Christmas. I also remember a star of cardboard that were on the top of the tree covered with aluminum foil. My sister was 10 years older than me, and had achieved. It was ugly, but they use each year.
Just remember my mom always had all the blue lights on your tree and pictures of the 13 grandchildren! Every year we went to his house and we had to sing all the Christmas songs! His favorite was 12 Days of Christmas. Each of us had to choose one of the 12 ornaments the box and all you have to was the line I had to sing. Each year she was the partridge in a pear tree. " Everybody used to fight more than 12 drummers so just had to sing once! No one can do "partridge in a pear tree" like her, so do not sing more than one. I miss it a little if .....
