Gifts for Grandmother

Has anyone experienced a vivid dream that can not be aroused?

This is what happened: I've always had very vivid dreams, to horrible nightmares sometimes (but usually only in times of stress, intolerable), but last night I had one that was like a scene from "Indiana Jones". He was being persecuted and had to do it this stone pillar before they entered the arena, and I stuck my hands. I smelled the perfume of my grandmother at some point (from 2002). Finally, there was something like an earthquake that shook me awake (I live in Michigan, we had an earthquake in recent decades). As I see my ceiling and I kept thinking I was waking up, but could not get out of bed. When I finally woke up, my hands were stiff and can not be closed completely right hand. Now, admittedly, I've been working 10-12 hours a day, but my hand has not affected all week. So, after my long rant: P, did anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?

I'm in a dream waiting to wake up as soon as possible. I'm depressed, my days do not seem worthwhile and I am wishing someone to talk to. Its very sad. I wake up from this dream.
