My mother made a great meatloaf, but just kind of pull together and this usually ends up doing more than one, as perhaps other "mini" or at least time to cook. So these are only approx. (But close!) Measurements. 1 3 / 4 lbs. 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup 1 / 4 minced meat 'Cup milk 1 egg 1 med. onion, chopped 1 / 2 red pepper, chopped 2 handfuls of seasoned stuffing mix (cubes, about 1/2-3/4 cup) 6-8 "shakes" Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Worstershire Lea & Perrins sauce salt and pepper (maybe 1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 / 4 tsp. Pepper) Combine milk, egg, Tabasco, mustard, worstershire, salt and pepper. Add the stuffing, onion and red pepper. Then add the meat, then the soup. Put in meat pie pan / pans and bake in preheated oven for approx. 1 hour to 1 hour. 15 minutes, less for small bread if added. * Note: sometimes I'll add the fresh mushrooms after putting 1 / 2 mixture in the pan, add rest of mixture. Crumbles a bit after cooking, but is well me, tastes great! Great cold with mayo too !!!!!!!
