OLD-FASHIONED Searching baked beans recipe?
Hi, my dad is 82 and I want to make death the old baked beans, remembers as a child, and can not find a recipe! He does not want Grandma Browns or the traditional tomato sauce with brown sugar. He said that the beans were so thick they could cut into slices and beans were large in size. I have not had luck finding a recipe, does anyone know what my father is talking and possibly have the recipe? Thank you!
