Writing a B-day card for my Grandmother in Korean?

Well, my card is blank. I am supposed to do it in Korean and by myself. I am not good at this kind of stuff. So can someone type it up for me in Hangeul plz? And anyone who I see uses a translator will not get the best answer. Thx.

i'm not so sure about the second line and the spacing. so if your parents are korean (i'm assuming since you're supposed to write it in korean), you should double check to make sure it's okay
