What legal advice must be my grandmother know before hiring a lawyer?
Three weeks ago my grandmother broke her hip. After taking a pedicure and a massage before, beauticiantician had her put on a robe and a pair of disposable slippers. After switching to my grandmother went to 84 years hall and tripped over a floor mat out of place (the superposition of another). My grandmother has had surgery since then. She asked me some advice on where to find a good lawyer, and whether or not to sue.
I feel so bad for her grandmother that she had to undergo surgery. However, I really means for her to sue. I've been in the beauty industry, and most of the day spas are locally owned businesses. Could sue to close them and ruin The Hall of the owners of means of subsistence. This could be devastating to the owner of a room, especially if you have a family that supports you. The disposable flip-flops are standard after a pedicure, nothing negligent about it. The floor mat out of place could have happened anywhere, even at home. I think ginuinely should sue if you really need the money for medical care, but no more. No pain and suffering, etc.
